Edible Gifts Saturday 29 November 2003 10am-3pm Learn how to make lots of gifts for Christmas. Then learn how to package and gift wrap them like an expert. Lisa Haddon will take all the work out of Christmas. By the end of the class you will be able to make your own shortbread, mince pies, pan forte, chocolate almond biscotti, gingerbread trees, yo-yos and rum balls. Take the recipes home to use again next year. You will leave with 30-50 bags of beautifully wrapped gifts! Class is limited to 10 people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and get into the Christmas edible gifts spirit.
