Learn how to make lots of gifts for Christmas.  Then learn how to package and gift wrap them like an expert.  Lisa Haddon will take all the work out of Christmas.  By the end of the class you will be able to make your own shortbread, mince pies, pan forte, chocolate almond biscotti, gingerbread trees, yo-yos and rum balls.  Take the recipes home to use again next year.  You will leave with 30-50 bags of beautifully wrapped gifts!  Class is limited to 10 people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and get into the Christmas edible gifts spirit.  Lunch and refreshments provided.  $110 covers all ingredients, packaging, gift wrapping, recipe book,  and lunch.   Class is limited to 10 people, bookings essential!

Christmas dinner prepared in three hours, impossible, just wait till you learn all Lisa Haddon's tricks to making Christmas dinner a joy to prepare and a treat to eat!  Lisa Haddon will demonstrate two entrees, two mains, and two desserts as well as show us how to prepare some sensational nibbles.  Best part of this class is eating the meal, drinking fine Australian wine and learning first hand how to cook like an expert!  Total cost for cooking class complete with meal and wine is only $88 per head.  Class is limited to 15 people so book now!
